receipt of which the Vendor hereby acknowledges to purchase the above mentioned Kitten under the name of:

  1.      The Kitten described aboves Parents are Both registered with TICA however said kitten shall NOT be used for breeding purposes of any kind.

  2.      If sold as a show/neuter the Vendor can only state that the said Kitten has ‘potential’ as a show cat and the Vendor cannot guarantee any success with showing.

  3.      The kitten has been purchased as pet only and must be neutered/spayed by a Veterinary Surgeon/Practitioner, before attaining the age of 7 months.  The Purchaser will produce to the Vendor a Certificate from the Veterinary Surgeon/Practioner stating that this has been carried out.

  4.  .  It must not be allowed outside unattended and without suitable control – that is a safe, secure enclosure or on a leash. 

  5.      This Kitten must NOT be abandoned, or sold or leased or given to a pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.

  6.      The Kitten may NOT be loaned, leased, gifted, traded, or re-sold without written permission in advance from the Vendor.

  7.      The Kitten will be fed good quality food, provided with fresh water, kept in clean conditions and provided with veterinary care when needed.

  8.      In the event of any of the above being breached the Vendor shall have the right to repossess the Kitten and to be reimbursed by the Purchaser for the reasonable cost of such repossession and the keeping of such Kitten for a period of up to two months following repossession.  Such costs to include veterinary examinations and fees
